Ignazio, Roman for over seven generations, lawyer and lover of good food, after almost 30 years of profession decided to hang the toga to the nail, to detect the management of the restaurant "Al Duello".

His goal is to make the customer feel as if he were welcomed into a friend's house, in an intimate and at the same time relaxing atmosphere.

To the wine list, which offers a wide selection of "niche" labels from almost all the regions of Italy, Ignazio paid particular attention; it is periodically updated and enriched with the inclusion of new and appealing proposals

The real backbone of our restaurant is represented by its wonderful staff, which includes the chefs Giuseppe and Andrea Marcolini (the great culinary talent that is transmitted from father to son), supported in the kitchen by the apprentice cook Flavia Guerrieri, as well as from the Monir dishwasher; the hall is instead the undisputed reign of Emiliano, who is dedicated to customers with courtesy and competence. It is a highly professional team, which thanks to a constant atmosphere of harmony and effective collaboration between the kitchen and the dining room, makes the experience of an Al Duel dinner even more pleasant, with the customer always followed and pampered, with attention but also with absolute discretion.
